The reinforcing buttress is used for supporting an underground structure and arranged in a soil body below the pit bottom of the deep foundation pit in a driving mode, and a gap is formed between the reinforcing buttress and the lower portion of the waterproof curtain; the soil retaining pile row comprises a plurality of inner-row piles and a plurality of outer-row piles, the inner-row piles are arranged in the gaps in a driving mode, the inner-row piles are supported between the reinforcing buttresses and the waterproof curtain, the outer-row piles are arranged in a soil body on the outer side of the waterproof curtain in a driving mode and attached to the waterproof curtain, and tie beams are arranged between the top ends of the inner-row piles and the top ends of the outer-row piles; the steel sheet piles are arranged on the outer edge of the foundation soil body of the cultural relic protection building adjacent to the deep foundation pit in a driving mode, and the upper portions of the outer row piles abut against the steel sheet piles in a pressing mode. The method solves the problem that a conventional method of earth excavation of a newly-built building and a conventional method of a foundation pit supporting structure easily causes damage to a wall body of an adjacent cultural relic protection building.
