The invention discloses a fabricated shear wall based on spiral stirrup constraint and a construction method of the fabricated shear wall. The fabricated shear wall comprises prefabricated wallboards and joint post-pouring concrete. The prefabricated wall panel comprises edge restraining spiral stirrups and wall panel concrete. The constraint edge spiral stirrups are symmetrically arranged at the constraint edges at the two ends of the wallboard concrete; wherein one side of the constraint edge spiral stirrup is embedded in the constraint edge of the wallboard concrete, and the other side of the constraint edge spiral stirrup is exposed on the outer side of the wallboard concrete and extends into a vertical joint between two adjacent prefabricated wallboards; the joint post-pouring concrete is arranged at the vertical joint between the two adjacent prefabricated wallboards and wraps the outer side of the exposed end of the constraint edge spiral stirrup; according to the invention, the difficulty of on-site construction is greatly reduced, the construction procedures are reduced, the requirement on construction precision is greatly reduced, the used construction materials and manpower are also relatively reduced, the cost is saved, and the strength, reliability and integrity of the wall body can still be ensured.
