The invention discloses an embedded quick mounting construction method for a fabricated steel structure stair, which comprises the following steps of: before construction of a roof plate, mounting two roof cross beams above a stair mounting space, mounting a plurality of section steel beams between the two roof cross beams, mounting a lifting appliance on the section steel beams, and moving the lifting appliance along the section steel beams; then a pouring formwork of the roof plate is installed, and the roof plate is constructed; after the construction of the roof plate is completed, a lifting appliance is adopted to lift the staircase, the two ends of the staircase are manually placed on the floors on the two sides of the staircase mounting space in an auxiliary mode to be placed on the corresponding mounting positions on the floors, and the two ends of the staircase are fixed; the rest stairs are sequentially hoisted to the corresponding positions through the same method; and after all the stairs are hoisted, the hoisting tool is dismantled. The stair lifting device has the effect of facilitating stair lifting.
