The invention discloses bentonite cement paste for leaking stoppage, the bentonite cement paste comprises cement raw stock, bentonite and first water, and the cement raw stock comprises 117-132% of cement, 2.5-3.5% of expanding agent, 1.5-2.5% of fluid loss agent, 1.5-2.5% of leaking stoppage fiber and 58-63% of second water based on the mass volume ratio of the total volume of the cement raw stock. The invention further discloses a cement paste leaking stoppage method. The method comprises the steps that the bentonite cement paste is adopted to plug a leaking position, and the bentonite cement paste is pushed and squeezed at pulse intervals. According to the method, well leakage, especially malignant leakage containing flowing formation water, can be effectively plugged, and plugging cost and operation time are greatly saved.
