The invention provides light plastering gypsum mortar and a preparation method thereof. The concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 50 to 65 parts of desulfurized building gypsum, 35 to 50 parts of aerated concrete waste, 0.02 to 0.05 part of a thixotropic lubricant, 0.006 to 0.015 part of an air entraining agent, 0.15 to 0.2 part of a water-retaining thickening agent and 0.06 to 0.1 part of a retarder. According to the invention, only the waste of the aerated concrete blocks and the desulfurized building gypsum are used as main raw materials, and through formula design, assistant selection and dosage ratio, the use of lightweight aggregate (vitrified micro bubbles) prepared by high-temperature calcination and a filler prepared by grinding natural ore are completely avoided while the waste of the aerated concrete blocks is consumed in a large amount; and the remarkable progress of green, low-carbon and environment-friendly products is fully embodied. The obtained light plastering gypsum mortar has the characteristics of high strength, strong binding power and good constructability, the absolutely dry breaking strength can reach 1.8 MPa, the absolutely dry compressive strength can reach 4 MPa, the absolutely dry tensile adhesive strength can reach 0.5 MPa, the volume density is 797 kg/m < 3 > and below, and the water retention rate is 73% and above.
本发明提供了一种轻质抹灰石膏砂浆及其制备方法。按重量份数计,包括以下组分:脱硫建筑石膏50‑65份、加气混凝土废料35‑50份、触变润滑剂0.02‑0.05份、引气剂0.006‑0.015份、保水增稠剂0.15‑0.2份、缓凝剂0.06‑0.1份。本发明仅以加气混凝土砌块的废料和脱硫建筑石膏为主要原料,通过配方设计、助剂选择及用量配比,在大量消耗加气混凝土砌块废料的同时,完全避免使用高温煅烧制备的轻骨料(玻化微珠)和天然矿石磨细制备的填料,充分体现了产品绿色、低碳环保的显著进步。得到的轻质抹灰石膏砂浆具有强度高、粘结力强、施工性好的特点,其绝干抗折强度可以达到1.8MPa、绝干抗压强度可以达到4MPa、绝干拉伸粘结强度可以达到0.5MPa、体积密度797kg/m3及以下,保水率73%及以上。
