Comprising the following formula: cement, mesh sand, quartz sand, a surfactant, a dispersing agent, capillary crystalline master batch silicone zirconium, silicon powder, a catalyst, aluminum sulfate fly ash, calcined gypsum powder, a CEA alunite concrete composite expanding agent, an NF polymethine naphthalene sulfonate high-efficiency water reducing agent, an alkali metal sodium silicate solution and water. According to the capillary crystalline waterproof agent and the production process provided by the invention, the cement-based capillary crystalline waterproof coating is coated on the surface of cement concrete, and active substances in the coating permeate into the cement concrete to form needle-shaped crystals to block the defects of capillary pores, cracks and the like of a cement base layer; therefore, the anti-seepage pressure of base layers such as cement paste, cement mortar and concrete is increased by 200-500 times, the continuous waterproof effect is achieved, the service life of the base layers is prolonged, meanwhile, the strength cannot be reduced, and the overall waterproof performance is effectively improved.
