An in-vitro bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell (BMSCs) culture experiment shows that compared with the traditional tricalcium phosphate ceramic prepared from the same raw materials through a muffle furnace, the bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells extend more pseudopods on the tricalcium phosphate ceramic material with fine grain surfaces, the spreading area is larger, and the bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells have better osteogenic differentiation promoting capacity.
本发明涉及生物医用材料技术领域,公开了一种具有细小晶粒表面的磷酸三钙生物活性陶瓷及其制备方法,包括如下制备步骤:将磷酸三钙粉体压制成坯体,并置于连接有程控电源的碳质加热载具中,利用碳质材料的受控焦耳热效应和耐热冲击特性,在惰性气氛下通过调控电源的输出功率,实现载具和其上磷酸三钙陶瓷坯体的可控快速升温降温处理,即可制得具有细小晶粒表面结构的磷酸三钙陶瓷。体外骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSCs)培养实验显示,与相同原料经马弗炉制备的传统磷酸三钙陶瓷相比,骨髓间充质干细胞在具有细小晶粒表面的磷酸三钙陶瓷材料上伸展出更多的伪足,铺展面积更大,且具有更好的促成骨分化能力。
