A modular suspended ceiling plate used for inserting installation comprises a suspended ceiling plate body and installation clamping grooves formed in the two opposite sides of the suspended ceiling plate body, the installation clamping grooves form buckling notches which are opened outwards along the side face of the suspended ceiling plate, and the buckling notches in the two sides of the suspended ceiling plate body are formed in the length direction of the suspended ceiling plate body. The buckling notches in the two sides of the ceiling plate body are arranged in parallel. A first limiting boss and a second limiting boss which are located in the buckling notch are formed in the mounting clamping groove, and the buckling notch is divided into an abutting groove and an opening groove which are communicated with each other by the first limiting boss and the second limiting boss; compared with the prior art, the ceiling board has the advantages that the required mounting clamping groove is formed in the side face of the ceiling board body to form the buckling notch, the first limiting boss and the second limiting boss are arranged in the mounting clamping groove, the first limiting boss and the second limiting boss are arranged in the corresponding buckling notch, and therefore the buckling notch is divided into the abutting groove and the opening groove.
