The invention relates to the technical field of building installation engineering, and particularly discloses a machine room anti-seismic base which is used for resisting shock of a machine room and comprises a lower supporting assembly, an upper supporting assembly, an adjusting assembly and a dehumidifying assembly, the upper supporting assembly is slidably arranged at the upper end of the lower supporting assembly, and the adjusting assembly is arranged between the lower supporting assembly and the upper supporting assembly; the dehumidification assemblies are symmetrically arranged on the outer side of the lower supporting assembly, a drainage pool and a plurality of first supporting rods and second supporting rods are arranged in the lower supporting assembly, the first supporting rods are movably connected with the second supporting rods through rubber balls, and the upper supporting assembly is in rolling connection with the lower supporting assembly through rolling wheels at the ends of third supporting rods. A driving part, a lifting part and a damping support are arranged in the adjusting assembly. In the device, a multi-stage energy dissipation structure is arranged, so that the anti-seismic structure of the machine room is not single any more, the energy dissipation efficiency of the whole anti-seismic base is improved, the amplitude of the machine room is reduced, and the safety of equipment in the machine room is guaranteed.
