The invention relates to the technical field of cement telegraph poles, and discloses a reinforced cement telegraph pole and a preparation method thereof.The reinforced cement telegraph pole comprises a cement layer, and a plurality of steel reinforcement frameworks and a plurality of reinforcing ribs are arranged in the cement layer; the cement layer is in a hollow cylinder shape, the multiple steel bar frameworks are arranged in the circumferential direction at equal intervals with the central axis of the cement layer as the reference, the multiple reinforcing ribs are linearly arranged in the central axis direction of the cement layer at equal intervals, and each reinforcing rib is connected with the multiple steel bar frameworks. According to the reinforced cement telegraph pole and the preparation method thereof, the metal annular reinforcing ribs are generated among the multiple steel bars in an injection molding mode in the preparation process, and therefore the mechanical strength of the cement telegraph pole is enhanced.
