The invention discloses a carbonized recycled aggregate concrete production system and method.The system comprises a coarse aggregate carbonization device, a fine aggregate carbonization device, an ingredient storage device and a concrete stirring device, and a first carbonization ventilation pipeline of the coarse aggregate carbonization device is used for guiding cement kiln tail gas of a cement plant into a coarse aggregate carbonization bin; a second carbonization ventilation pipeline of the fine aggregate carbonization device is used for guiding cement kiln tail gas of a cement plant into a fine aggregate carbonization bin to produce carbonized and regenerated fine aggregate, and the concrete stirring device stirs the carbonized and regenerated coarse aggregate, the carbonized and regenerated fine aggregate and concrete ingredients. According to the present invention, the recycled coarse aggregate and the recycled fine aggregate are subjected to carbonization treatment to produce the carbonized recycled aggregate concrete, such that the performance indexes of the recycled coarse aggregate and the recycled fine aggregate can be improved through the carbonization treatment so as to obtain the large-batch carbonized recycled aggregate concrete without material selection, such that the production system provided by the present invention is significantly suitable for industrial production.
