The invention discloses a preparation method of a sea-reclamation solidification composition and a sea-reclamation solidification soil composition. The method comprises the following steps: providing a stirring pool; a CSM diaphragm wall is constructed, the first waste soil in the geologic body is replaced, and CSM waste is obtained; a DJM deep layer high-pressure jet mixing pile is constructed, second waste soil in the geologic body is replaced, and DJM waste is obtained; according to a preset proportion, adding the CSM waste, the DJM waste and a public filler into the stirring tank; mixing the CSM waste, the DJM waste and the common filler to form a waste soil mixture; and adding cement and water into the stirring tank according to the preset ratio, and mixing to form the sea reclamation curing composition. The waste soil generated in the CSM construction method and the DJM construction method is secondarily utilized, and the waste materials in the CSM waste soil and the waste materials in the DJM waste soil are used as the preparation raw materials of the sea reclamation solidification composition, so that the waste soil is repeatedly utilized, the soil resources are saved, and the construction cost of sea reclamation engineering is reduced.
