SOLIDIFICATION MATERIAL MAKING METHOD FOR UTILIZING WASTE GYPSUM AS PUBLIC WATERS RECLAMATION SOIL
Disclosed is a solidification material manufacturing method for utilizing waste gypsum as public water reclamation soil, which can enhance recycling rate of the waste gypsum and reduce environmental pollution causes by separating magnetic objects, heavy metal and other abnormal materials from the waste gypsum. The solidification material manufacturing method comprises: a magnetic selection step (110) of selecting the magnetic objects contained in the waste gypsum using magnetic force; a crushing step (120) of crushing the waste gypsum, from which the magnetic objects are removed, using a crusher; a primary selection step (130) of separating materials, having low specific gravity, from the waste gypsum crushed in the crushing step; a secondary selection step (140) of separating coarse earth, having grain size equal to or greater than predetermined reference size, from the waste gypsum being passed through the primary selection step; and a mixing step (150) of adding pH control chemicals and additives for solidifying remaining materials, from which the coarse earth having the grain size equal to or greater than predetermined reference size in the secondary selection step is separated, and performing a mixture process.
폐석고를 공유수면 매립토로 활용하기 위한 고화재 제조 방법이 개시된다. 이러한 고화재 제조 방법은, 폐석고에 포함된 자성 물체를 자력을 이용하여 선별해내는 자력선별단계(110)와, 자성 물체가 선별된 폐석고를 파쇄기를 이용하여 파쇄하는 파쇄단계(120)와, 상기 파쇄단계에서 파쇄된 폐석고로부터 저비중 물질을 분리해내는 1차 선별단계(130)와, 상기 1차 선별 단계 이후의 폐석고로부터 소정의 기준 크기 이상의 입자 크기를 갖는 거대 토사를 분리해내는 2차 선별단계(140)와, 상기 2차 선별단계에서 소정의 기준 크기 이상의 입자 크기를 갖는 거대 토사가 분리된 결과물에 고화를 위한 첨가물과 pH 조정 약품을 첨가하여 혼합하는 혼합단계(150)를 포함한다.
