High-absorption phosphogypsum-based all-solid-waste pervious concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses high-absorption phosphogypsum-based all-solid-waste pervious concrete which is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 25-30% of phosphogypsum-based cement paste, 65-70% of phosphogypsum-based aggregate balls, 1-1.5% of a water reducing agent and the balance of water, the phosphogypsum-based cement paste is a cement paste body formed by phosphogypsum, slag, pre-mixing plant waste slurry and water in a wet grinding manner; the ardealite-based aggregate balls are obtained by granulating the ardealite-based cement paste through a granulator to form continuously-graded circular artificial coarse aggregate and then naturally curing the continuously-graded circular artificial coarse aggregate; compared with common pervious concrete, the pervious concrete obtained through the preparation method has the advantages that the pervious performance is enhanced under the condition that the mechanical property is equivalent, and the pervious concrete is lower in manufacturing cost and environmentally friendly; meanwhile, the problems of serious stockpiling and difficulty in treatment of various solid wastes such as ardealite, waste slurry of a premixing plant and slag are solved, and comprehensive resource utilization is carried out on the solid wastes.
本发明公开了一种高消纳磷石膏基全固废透水混凝土,原料组成按重量百分比计:磷石膏基水泥浆25‑30%,磷石膏基骨料球65‑70%,减水剂1‑1.5%,余量为水;所述磷石膏基水泥浆是磷石膏、矿渣、预拌厂废浆及水通过湿磨的方式形成的水泥浆体;所述磷石膏基骨料球是由所述磷石膏基水泥浆通过造粒机造粒形成连续级配的圆形人造粗骨料,后自然养护得到;本发明通过该制备方法得到的透水混凝土相较常见的透水混凝土力学性能相当的情况下增强了其透水性能,造价更低且环保;同时解决磷石膏、预拌厂废浆及矿渣等多种固废堆存严重、难以处理的问题,对其进行综合资源化利用。
