The invention discloses a polymer retarder for low-temperature well cementation sulphoaluminate cement and a preparation method thereof, and the polymer retarder comprises 30 to 50 parts of N-(hydroxymethyl) acrylamide monomer, 25 to 35 parts of 3-allyloxy-2-hydroxy-1-propanesulfonate monomer, 15 to 25 parts of isopropenyl boric acid monomer, 5 to 10 parts of isopropenyl phosphonic acid monomer, 1 to 3 parts of initiator and 2 to 5 parts of chain transfer agent. Structural units of the polymer retarder comprise random copolymers with general formulas I, II, III and IV and the number-average molecular weight of 10000-50000. The polymer retarder has a good linear retarding effect on the sulphoaluminate cement, namely, the retarding effect of the polymer retarder on the low-temperature thickening time of the sulphoaluminate cement is linearly increased along with the increase of the dosage, and the problems of dosage upside down and dosage sensitivity are avoided; the polymer retarder does not affect the early strength and the later strength of the sulphoaluminate cement.
本发明公开一种低温固井硫铝酸盐水泥用聚合物缓凝剂及其制备方法,所述聚合物缓凝剂包括30~50份N‑(羟甲基)丙烯酰胺单体、25~35份3‑烯丙氧基‑2羟基‑1‑丙磺酸盐单体、15~25份异丙烯基硼酸单体、5~10份异丙烯基膦酸单体、1~3份引发剂和2~5份链转移剂,所述聚合物缓凝剂的结构单元组成包含通式Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ且数均分子量在10000~50000的无规共聚物。本发明的聚合物缓凝剂对硫铝酸盐水泥具有良好的线性缓凝作用,即其对硫铝酸盐水泥低温稠化时间的延缓作用随着加量的增加而呈现线性增加,且无加量倒挂及加量敏感性问题,此外,该聚合物缓凝剂不影响硫铝酸盐水泥的早期强度以及后期强度。
