The multiple partition plates are connected to the interior of the box body so that the interior of the box body can be divided into multiple cavities through the multiple partition plates. The damping liquid is distributed in the multiple cavities. A circulation hole is formed between the cavities, and a rotatable sealing plate is arranged in the circulation hole; a rotating shaft of the sealing plate is provided with a buffer spring. And if the box body is suddenly vibrated, the damping liquid can collide with the sealing plate, so that the buffer spring is extruded. This may produce a buffer. And meanwhile, the damping liquid cannot synchronously move along with the box body under the action of inertia. In this way, the damping liquid collides with the inner wall of the box body, and then movement of the box body is slowed down.
