The invention relates to an offshore anemometer tower dismantling construction method which comprises three steel pipe concrete piles, the lower ends of the three steel pipe concrete piles are embedded below a silt layer, six connecting steel pipes in two layers are horizontally arranged on the upper portions of the three steel pipe concrete piles, and a concrete bearing platform is arranged at the upper ends of the three steel pipe concrete piles. Berthing and anti-collision section steel is arranged on the peripheral side of the concrete bearing platform, a steel crawling ladder extending downwards is arranged on one side of the concrete bearing platform, and an anemometer tower body and a bearing platform handrail are arranged on the platform face of the concrete bearing platform. The method comprises the following steps that the anemometer tower body is dismantled, specifically, an anemometer instrument and an anemometer tower frame are dismantled; a bearing platform handrail, a steel crawling ladder, a berthing ship and anti-collision profile steel are dismantled; drilling holes in two layers on the concrete bearing platform, filling the holes with a silent expanding agent, chiseling away the silent expanding agent by using an air compressor, and grabbing slag by using a grab dredger; dredging a foundation trench 3m below the mud surface of the three steel pipe concrete piles, and performing underwater cutting on the steel pipe concrete piles; and the three steel pipe concrete piles and the six connecting steel pipes are integrally hoisted and dismantled. According to the method, the decommissioned offshore anemometer tower structure can be demounted easily, the marine ecological environment is protected, limited sea area resources are saved, and the economic pressure of enterprises is reduced.
