The invention discloses a toothed rail train tooth entering operation control method which comprises the steps that when a train runs from a wheel rail section to a toothed rail section and a train head transponder antenna passes through a beacon 1, the train starts to brake and decelerate to a preset passing speed V, all driving gears start to rotate, and the reference circle rotating linear speed of the driving gears is controlled to be equal to the train running speed; when a train head transponder antenna passes through a beacon 2, power of driving gears of all rack rail bogies is cut off in sequence, a train is driven by wheel track traction force adhering to the bogies and passes through the transition device at the constant running speed V, and when the train head transponder antenna passes through a beacon 3, all the rack rail bogies of the train completely pass through the transition device and complete tooth entering. The train control system adjusts a train driving mode to a rack rail mode, power of the adhesion bogie is cut off, and the rack rail bogie provides traction power. When the train passes through the wheel rail-rack rail transition device, the train speed, driving force and the like are controlled, and the impact of the driving gear and the transition device can be reduced.
本发明公开了一种齿轨列车入齿作业控制方法,包括列车由轮轨段向齿轨段运行,车头应答器天线经过信标1时,列车开始制动并减速度至预设的通过速度V通过,全部驱动齿轮开始旋转,并控制其分度圆旋转线速度等于列车运行速度,车头应答器天线经过信标2时,依次切断各齿轨转向架驱动齿轮的动力,列车依靠粘着转向架的轮轨牵引力驱动,以恒定的运行速度V通过通过过渡装置,车头应答器天线经过信标3时,列车所有齿轨转向架完全通过过渡装置并完成入齿,列控系统将列车驱动模式调至齿轨模式,粘着转向架动力切除,齿轨转向架提供牵引动力。本发明通过轮轨‑齿轨过渡装置时,对列车速度、驱动力等进行控制,能够减小驱动齿轮与过渡装置的冲击。
