Recycled concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of concrete, and particularly relates to recycled concrete which is prepared from, by weight, 40-50 parts of cement, 1-5 parts of water, 140-200 parts of recycled aggregate, 3-5 parts of glass fiber reinforced plastic, 1-3 parts of water reducing agent, 15-20 parts of natural aggregate and 50-65 parts of gel material.The preparation method of the recycled concrete comprises the steps that 1, waste concrete blocks are smashed; 2, stirring the coarse material, the fine material, the natural aggregate and the glass fiber reinforced plastic to form a dry mixture; 3, cement, water and a water reducing agent are mixed to form a wet mixture; 4, pouring the wet mixture into the dry mixture, and uniformly stirring; 5, the gel material is added into the raw materials stirred in the step 4, final stirring is conducted till stirring is completed, the produced recycled concrete has enough tensile strength, and the working efficiency of the device for producing the concrete is higher.
