Anti-radiation self-compacting concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to radiation-proof self-compacting concrete and a preparation method thereof in the technical field of concrete. The concrete is prepared from the following raw material components in parts by weight: 100 to 300 parts of radiation-proof cement, 600 to 900 parts of barite macadam, 50 to 150 parts of szaibelyite, 7 to 18 parts of a high-efficiency water reducing agent, 0.1 to 0.5 part of sodium dioctyl sulfosuccinate, 0.05 to 0.2 part of a silicon resin polyether emulsion, 0.3 to 1 part of a slow-release defoaming agent, 80 to 130 parts of fly ash, 30 to 60 parts of slag and 160 to 250 parts of water. The slow-release defoaming agent is hydrophobic white carbon black coated with starch sodium octenylsuccinate and soluble soybean polysaccharide. By adding the dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate and the silicon resin polyether emulsion, a large number of stable bubbles are formed in the concrete, and the friction force among raw material particles is reduced, so that the flowability of the concrete is improved, and self-compaction is realized.
