The invention discloses roadbed cement mixed soil containing a milling material and a preparation method of the roadbed cement mixed soil. The mixed soil comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 40-60% of low-liquid-limit loess (accounting for a stabilized material), 40-60% of a milling material of which the particle size is less than or equal to 100mm (accounting for the stabilized material) and 2-4% of delayed coagulation cement (according to an external doping method: cement/stabilized material). The milling material is used for replacing cement and loess in existing cement mixed soil, large-scale and high-value utilization of the milling material is achieved, the use amount of the cement and the loess is reduced, the application range of the milling material is widened, and the milling material has wide application prospects. The cement mixed soil prepared by the method disclosed by the invention has the characteristics of high strength, low hydration heat, less surface cracking and the like, the elastic modulus required by design and specifications is met, the average manufacturing cost is not higher than 38.19 yuan/m < 3 >, the cost is 49.62% of that of original cement soil, and the construction cost is greatly reduced.
本发明公开了一种包含铣刨料的路基水泥混合土及其制备方法。该混合土具有以下质量百分含量的各组分:低液限黄土40%‑60%(占被稳定材料比例),粒径≤100mm的铣刨料40%‑60%(占被稳定材料比例),缓凝水泥2%‑4%(外掺法:水泥/被稳定材料)。本发明通过采用铣刨料代替现有水泥混合土中的水泥及黄土的使用,实现了铣刨料大规模、高值化利用,减少了水泥及黄土的用量,且扩大了铣刨料的应用范围,具有广阔的应用前景。本发明方法制备的水泥混合土具有强度高、水化热低、表面龟裂少等特点,并满足设计及规范要求的弹性模量,且平均造价不高于38.19元/m3,成本为原有水泥土的49.62%,大大降低了建设成本。
