The polymer-cement-metal salt electrolyte disclosed by the invention has the characteristics of wide voltage window, high ionic conductivity, high compressive strength, porous structure, large specific surface area (10 <-3 >-10 m < 2 > g <-1 >), tight combination of components and strong combination capacity. Meanwhile, the preparation method of the polymer-cement-metal salt electrolyte has low requirements on production equipment and personnel, is short in production period and low in production cost, does not generate three wastes in the whole process, and does not influence the environment.
