The invention discloses an assembled track and a construction method thereof, the track comprises a prestressed concrete longitudinal beam body, the lower parts of two opposite side surfaces of the prestressed concrete longitudinal beam body are provided with I-shaped steel cross beams for connecting the prestressed concrete longitudinal beam body and the I-shaped steel cross beams, and the upper parts of two opposite side walls of the prestressed concrete longitudinal beam body are provided with pre-buried anti-overturning steel plates. The construction method comprises the following steps: prefabricating and processing the prestressed concrete beam sections; splicing of the track beam units is completed; building a construction platform at the top of the pier; hoisting the prestressed concrete beam section to the pier top and positioning; erecting a temporary support and performing fine adjustment; constructing a middle pier post-pouring section; the prestressed steel beam is tensioned, so that a continuous track beam is formed at the middle pier; constructing a side pier post-pouring section; and the prestressed steel beams are tensioned to form the complete continuous track beam. According to the invention, the construction cost is reduced, and the noise is reduced; the difficulty of adjusting the line shape of the track beam body by factories is reduced; the overall rigidity of the track beam is increased, and the running comfort of a train is improved.
