The C-shaped steel plates are fixedly connected through the force transmission steel bars to complete splicing of the standard prefabricated sections; the construction method comprises the steps of field leveling, foundation excavation and foundation treatment, backfill compaction and fine leveling, standard prefabricated section installation, track beam splicing and backfill compaction. The track beam adopts a modular design, so that the track beam can be repeatedly used in different projects, the resource utilization is maximized, meanwhile, the construction period is shortened, the installation process under the complex or limited space condition is simplified, the track beam adapts to different terrains through the design of different gradients, and the capacity of adapting to different engineering environments is improved.
