The invention provides a detachable seabed HDPE pipe shipping track beam and a construction method, and belongs to the technical field of HDPE pipe shipping. The track beam is formed by splicing a plurality of standard prefabricated sections, each standard prefabricated section comprises a body and embedded connectors arranged at the two ends of the body, the bodies and the embedded connectors are integrally formed in a pouring mode, and every two adjacent standard prefabricated sections are meshed with each other in the plumb bob direction. The C-shaped steel plates are fixedly connected through the force transmission steel bars to complete splicing of the standard prefabricated sections; the construction method comprises the steps of field leveling, foundation excavation and foundation treatment, backfill compaction and fine leveling, standard prefabricated section installation, track beam splicing and backfill compaction. The track beam adopts a modular design, so that the track beam can be repeatedly used in different projects, the resource utilization is maximized, meanwhile, the construction period is shortened, the installation process under the complex or limited space condition is simplified, the track beam adapts to different terrains through the design of different gradients, and the capacity of adapting to different engineering environments is improved.
