The invention provides a radiation well for underground water recharge and a well completion method and a recharge method thereof. The radiation well comprises a vertical shaft and a plurality of horizontal radiation pipes, the horizontal radiation pipes extend outwards in the radial direction of the vertical shaft from the vertical shaft, the horizontal radiation pipes are in fluid communication with the vertical shaft, and the horizontal radiation pipes are located in the aquifer. The horizontal radiant tubes are distributed on the same horizontal plane and evenly distributed along the shaft wall of the vertical shaft. Or the plurality of horizontal radiant tubes are distributed on a plurality of horizontal planes, and the plurality of horizontal radiant tubes on the same horizontal plane are uniformly distributed along the shaft wall of the vertical shaft. According to the radiation well, water can be recharged to the underground in a non-pressure permeation mode without pressurization. The radiation well is suitable for recharge of the loose aquifer, the recharge process is efficient and rapid, meanwhile, the pressurization process is avoided, and electric energy consumption is avoided.
