The invention discloses a recharge well structure which comprises a recharge well, a well pipe, a water stop ring piece and a recharge pipeline assembly. The well casing is coaxially arranged in the recharge well, and filler is filled between the outer wall of the well casing and the inner wall of the recharge well; the well pipe comprises a precipitation pipe section, a filtering pipe section and a solid pipe section which are sequentially connected from bottom to top, and the water stop ring piece is arranged on the outer wall face of the solid pipe section. The recharge pipeline assembly comprises a recharge pipeline, the upper end of the recharge pipeline is located on the upper portion of the recharge well and communicated with an external water source, and the lower end of the recharge pipeline extends into the filter pipe section of the well pipe. The invention further provides a recharge construction method. The recharge well structure has the beneficial effects that the seepage path of underground water is increased by arranging the water stop ring piece on the well pipe section, meanwhile, the upper backfill layer is blocked by adopting a secondary grouting process, the maximum recharge pressure allowed by the recharge well structure is effectively ensured, and the water level of a high-water-head confined aquifer area is increased by adopting a pressurized recharge measure.
