The anti-backflow rainwater drainage system comprises a drainage ditch and a drainage port unit, a control valve is arranged at an outlet of a drainage pipe in the drainage port unit, the control valve comprises a spherical valve element, and when the water level of a river channel is lower than the water level of a water collecting pool, the control valve automatically opens a camera to drain water, so that surface water accumulation is avoided; when the water level of the river channel is higher than that of the water collecting tank, the control valve is automatically closed to prevent the river water from flowing backwards, manual operation is not needed, operation cost is reduced, drainage can be achieved, and the drainage effect is improved; the outlet well of the drainage port unit is arranged below the designed water level of the river channel, so that the river channel landscape is not influenced, and the river channel slope is prevented from being scoured by water flow; the grassland filter belt and the shrub filter belt are planted on the surface and the two sides of the drainage ditch respectively, pollutants of rainwater are filtered, and pollution of the rainwater to the river channel is reduced.
