The invention discloses an initial rainwater pollution control and anti-backflow system which comprises a water inlet pipe, an intercepting well, a sewage intercepting pipe, a first water outlet pipe, a sand removing well, a sand removing device, a second water outlet pipe and an anti-backflow device. The water inlet pipe and the sewage intercepting pipe are respectively communicated with the intercepting well, the desanding device is arranged inside the desanding well, one end of the first water outlet pipe is communicated with the intercepting well, the other end of the first water outlet pipe penetrates into the desanding well and is communicated with the input end of the desanding device, and the output end of the desanding device is communicated with one end of the second water outlet pipe. The system is good in sewage interception effect, capable of avoiding backward flowing of river water, flexible in arrangement and capable of reducing river-entering pollution caused by initial rainwater, effectively preventing the river water from entering a sewage system through the rainwater drainage port and guaranteeing smooth outflow of the drainage port in rainy days, and finally the purposes of protecting the urban water environment and avoiding urban waterlogging are achieved.
