The invention discloses a high-tightness connecting assembly of a multi-layer modular building, which comprises a bearing wall formed by pouring concrete, an upper connecting assembly is arranged above the bearing wall, a first side connecting assembly and a second side connecting assembly are respectively arranged on one side of the bearing wall, a first thick steel bar is arranged in the bearing wall, and a second thick steel bar is arranged in the bearing wall. The first side connecting assembly comprises a bolt, square steel, a bolting steel plate, a reserved screw and a triangular fixing frame, the bolt is located on one side of the square steel, the bolting steel plate is welded to the side, away from the bolt, of the square steel, the reserved screw is installed on the side, away from the square steel, of the bolting steel plate, and the triangular fixing frame is installed at the included angle between the square steel and the bearing wall. According to the modular building formed by using the device, multiple layers of assemblies can be produced at the same time, so that the modular assemblies are larger, the number of modular components of the whole building is reduced, and meanwhile, the time for on-site assembly is shortened.
