The invention belongs to the technical field of modular buildings, and particularly discloses a positioning plate, a connecting assembly and a modular building. The positioning plate comprises a plate body, a positioning cone and a guide column, wherein the positioning cone and the guide column are installed on the plate body. Wherein a first distance formed by one end, far away from the plate body, of the positioning cone and the surface of the plate body is larger than a second distance formed by one end, far away from the plate body, of the guide column and the surface of the plate body, so that when the positioning plate and the corner fitting box are installed, the positioning cone can be preferentially arranged in a hole of the corner fitting box in a penetrating mode. According to the positioning plate, the positioning cone can achieve the positioning function during design, namely, the positioning cone bears collision between the positioning plate and the corner fitting box during installation, the phenomenon that the guide columns are damaged due to stress in the installation process can be avoided to a certain extent, and the practicability of the positioning plate is improved.
