The indoor plugging structure comprises an anti-seepage plugging layer used for plugging a gap in the position of the indoor gap pulling plate, a bonding gap filling layer used for tightly plugging the gap and an indoor anti-crack layer bonded to the top face of the bonding gap filling layer. The outdoor plugging structure comprises a potting and leveling-up layer and an outdoor anti-crack layer, wherein the potting and leveling-up layer is laid on the surface of the indoor concrete side wall so as to level up concave-convex parts of the surface, and the outdoor anti-crack layer is bonded to the top face of the potting and leveling-up layer. The plugging structures are arranged on the indoor side and the outdoor side, so that the probability of water seepage from the position of the seam pulling plate is reduced, the waterproof and anti-seismic performance of the position of the seam pulling plate is enhanced, and the waterproof and anti-seismic effects of the house are improved.
