The rubber strips are filled in the inter-width vertical seams and enable the inter-width vertical seams to be in a forced state; the rapid hardening cement layer is coated on the sides, close to the center of the foundation pit, of the inter-width vertical seams and the rubber strips; the multiple externally-attached steel plates are vertically spliced one by one between each pair of pre-embedded angle steel; the epoxy resin filling layer is coated in gaps I between the two sides of the externally-pasted steel plate and the pre-embedded angle steel; and the epoxy resin pouring layer is filled in a gap II between each externally-bonded steel plate and the quick-hardening cement layer. The waterproof structure can effectively solve the problem of water leakage of inter-amplitude vertical seams when the prefabricated underground diaphragm wall is used as a single wall, and the waterproof structure is simple in structure, convenient to install and construct on site, free of a large amount of welding construction and high in construction speed.
