An adjustable rail post to substrate embedding system for anchoring a rail post having a rail base equipped with a plurality of rail base anchor holes, comprising: a plate having anchor holes; a plurality of nuts, a first end of each nut being disposed proximate a respective one of the anchor bores, the first end of each nut is configured to be selectively and detachably in threaded engagement with one selected from the group consisting of: a respective upper protective bolt and a respective bolt of the rail base via the respective anchor bore; a plurality of anchors, each anchor configured to adjustably threadably engage a second end of a respective one of the nuts distal to the respective anchor bore, each of the anchors being individually adjustable in length by threadable engagement with the second end of the respective one of the nuts.
