The invention relates to filling of engineering machinery counter weights, in particular to an excavator counter weight automatic filling and curing conveying system and method, which comprises a counter weight filling conveying line, a curing buffer area and a counter weight welding conveying line which are connected in sequence, the counterweight pouring conveying line is connected with the curing buffer area through a second RGV used for transferring counterweights, the curing buffer area is connected with the counterweight welding conveying line through a third RGV used for transferring the counterweights, and the curing buffer area is an automatic conveying roller way; an automatic pouring station and an automatic weighing station are sequentially arranged on the balance weight pouring conveying line in the running direction of the conveying line, and a sealing welding station is arranged on the balance weight welding conveying line. Automatic pouring, automatic vibration compacting, automatic weighing, automatic conveying and automatic solidification caching of the excavator balance weight are achieved, the labor intensity of workers is reduced, the production efficiency is improved, and meanwhile, compared with a traditional balance weight production workshop, the occupied area is greatly saved.
本发明涉及一种工程机械配重的灌注,尤其是涉及一种挖机配重自动灌注及固化输送系统及方法,包括依次连接的配重灌注输送线、固化缓存区以及配重焊接输送线,所述配重灌注输送线和固化缓存区之间通过用于转运配重的第二RGV小车连接,所述固化缓存区和配重焊接输送线之间通过用于转运配重的第三RGV小车连接,且所述固化缓存区为自动输送辊道;所述配重灌注输送线上沿输送线运行方向依次设有自动灌注工位和自动称重工位,所述配重焊接输送线上设有封口焊接工位。本发明实现了挖机配重的自动灌注、自动振捣密实,自动称重、自动输送以及自动固化缓存,降低人劳动强度,提高了生产效率,同时与传统的配重生产车间相比大大节约了占地面积。
