The invention discloses an inner scaffold supporting structure for coke oven masonry, a mounting device and a mounting method. The mounting device comprises a machine body, a double-shaft electric motor assembly arranged on the machine body, a power supply mechanism and a screwing mechanism connected with the double-shaft electric motor assembly. The double-shaft electric motor assembly comprises a double-shaft electric motor and rotating shafts arranged on the two sides of the double-shaft electric motor. The screwing mechanisms are respectively arranged on the two rotating shafts; the screwing mechanism comprises a gear ring, a gear transmission assembly arranged outside the gear ring, an outer guide wheel and an inner guide wheel arranged on the inner face of the gear ring. The rotating axis of the screwing mechanism is provided with a screwing clamping head capable of screwing or unscrewing a supporting nut on the internal scaffold supporting structure for coke oven masonry; the double-shaft electric motor drives the gear transmission assembly to rotate, so that the gear ring is driven to rotate, the screwing clamping head is driven to rotate, screwing or unscrewing of the supporting nut of the internal scaffold supporting structure for coke oven masonry is achieved, and mounting and supporting of the supporting structure are completed.
