Raw materials of different types and different shapes are subjected to quantitative drainage through the quantitative feeding structure, different amounts of feeding and mixing are conducted on the raw materials according to different requirements by knowing the density and expanding the size, steel bars are tensioned firstly and then poured through cooperation of the transfer drainage structure and the tensioning structure, and the construction efficiency is improved. Therefore, the steel bar is ensured to be in a tensioning state.
