The problems that in the prior art, a grouting body is long in age, anchor rods cannot be recycled, materials are seriously wasted, and underground space is polluted are solved. Grouting is not needed in the using process, and therefore the construction period can be shortened. And the anchor rod can be reused after being recycled, so that the construction cost is reduced.
