The method comprises the steps that S1, surface facilities of the retaining wall are dismantled; s2, a row of anchor bar piles are constructed in the retaining wall and on the outer side of the retaining wall correspondingly; s3, concrete is poured to the outer side of the retaining wall; s4, top straining beams used for connecting the two anchor bar piles are poured to the tops of the two rows of anchor bar piles; s5, grouting the retaining wall body crack to reinforce the retaining wall; and S6, a drainage hole is drilled in the retaining wall.
