The invention provides a water outlet device and a bubbler. The water outlet device comprises a shell assembly, a water inlet assembly, a water distribution assembly and a water outlet assembly. The water distribution assembly is correspondingly arranged between the water inlet assembly and the water outlet assembly and can enable the water inlet assembly to selectively output required water along the water outlet assembly; the water inlet assembly is provided with a first outlet and a second outlet, and the water distribution assembly is configured to seal and block the water inlet assembly and the water outlet assembly and only allow one of the outlets to supply water into the water outlet assembly; the water outlet assembly is provided with a first water spray and a second water spray which can supply water to the outside, the outlet water of the first water spray is stronger than the outlet water of the second water spray, the water outlet assembly is provided with an air flow channel independent of the first water spray, and the air flow channel is used for communicating the outside with the second water spray so as to mix air into the second water spray. Therefore, the phenomenon that external air flows between the two water sprays in the water outlet assembly is fundamentally solved, the air is effectively prevented from entering the first water spray, and the use requirement of a user is met.

本发明提供了一种出水装置和起泡器，该出水装置包括外壳组件、进水组件、分水组件和出水组件；分水组件对应配置在进水组件和出水组件之间，其能够使进水组件择定沿出水组件输出所需的用水；进水组件设有第一出口和第二出口，分水组件配置成将进水组件与出水组件密闭阻隔且仅允许其中之一的出口供水至出水组件内；出水组件具有能够供给外部用水的第一水花和第二水花，第一水花的出水强于第二水花的出水，且出水组件设有一独立于第一水花的气流通道，气流通道用于将外部与第二水花相连通以混入气体至第二水花中。从而在根源上解决了外部空气在出水组件内的两水花之间相互窜气的现象，有效避免空气进入至第一水花内，以达到用户的使用需求。
