The construction method is arranged on the outer side of a frame column and is characterized by comprising the following steps that a column body model is established based on the size of the frame column, a special-shaped column model wrapping the column body model is established on the outer side of the column body model, and deep design and size lofting are conducted on the special-shaped column model through BIM; according to the special-shaped column model, measuring and paying off on the construction surface of the frame column to form a plurality of mounting lines; a vertical keel is arranged on the mounting line, the length of the vertical keel is matched with the length of the frame column, and the inclination angle of the vertical keel is adjusted according to setting parameters of the special-shaped column model; sleeving and fixing a plurality of annular keels on the outer sides of the plurality of vertical keels, wherein the annular keels are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the vertical keels; and a decorative plate is laid on the outer side of the annular keel, and the decorative plate covers the frame column.
