The invention discloses a pre-embedded system of an overhanging type scaffold, comprising: a pre-embedded sleeve, the pre-embedded sleeve comprises a sleeve body, the external diameter of the sleeve body is uniform, the interior of the sleeve body is provided with a first threaded pipeline and a second threaded pipeline, the end part of the pre-embedded sleeve is provided with a concrete prevention plug, and the concrete prevention plug is used for preventing concrete from permeating into the pre-embedded sleeve during pouring; the first threaded pipeline is used for mounting a first screw rod, and the first screw rod is used for fixing the embedded sleeve on a template before concrete pouring; the second threaded pipeline is used for mounting a second screw rod; and the second screw rod is used for fixing the I-shaped steel in a pre-embedded sleeve in the concrete after the concrete is demoulded. The invention further discloses a construction method of the pre-buried system of the overhanging type scaffold. By means of the double-screw system, the embedding precision and quality of the embedded part are greatly improved, and meanwhile through the unique concrete prevention design, the problem that in the concrete pouring and vibrating process, a bolt hole channel of the embedded part is blocked by concrete is solved.
