The hollow interlayer steel pipe concrete column comprises a second inner steel pipe and a second outer steel pipe which are coaxially arranged in a sleeved mode, and a concrete filling layer is arranged between the second inner steel pipe and the second outer steel pipe. The bottom end of the second outer steel pipe is provided with an axial inserting groove allowing a stiffening rib in the flange connecting joint to be inserted therein. Assembly type connection can be conducted through the installation grooves and the flange connection joints, the hollow interlayer steel pipe concrete column and the connection joints are mainly prefabricated in a factory and only need to be assembled on site, the construction efficiency can be remarkably improved, the construction quality is guaranteed, and the construction cost is reduced; the technical problem that in the prior art, cast-in-place concrete construction and overall transportation of a hollow interlayer concrete-filled steel tube power transmission pole are difficult is solved.
