The vacuum insulated panel comprises a core material, a protective layer and a barrier film, wherein the core material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-70 parts of glass fibers, 8-15 parts of fumed silica, 10-20 parts of straw powder, 2-7 parts of an opacifying agent and 1-6 parts of a getter; and the protective layer is made of superfine glass wool. The fumed silica is added into the vacuum insulated panel core material, the heat insulation effect is improved, meanwhile, the mechanical property and stability of the vacuum insulated panel are improved due to the existence of the glass fibers, and the service life is prolonged due to the arrangement of the protective layer and the barrier film. The prepared vacuum insulated panel has the advantages of lower heat conductivity coefficient and shrinkage rate, higher mechanical property and stability, lower raw material price and easiness in industrial large-scale production.
