According to the composite film, the PE serves as a protective layer, and the aluminum foil and at least one of the PA film, the PVDC film, the EVOH film, the TIE film and the PET film serve as the barrier layer, so that the heat insulation effect of the plate is improved; preparing the composite film into a rectangular groove array structure, then adding core board particles and a bagged getter to obtain second structural bodies, placing the two second structural bodies with the same structure in a mirroring manner, and then sealing and vacuumizing, so that nanopores can be formed in the vacuumizing process by controlling the raw material composition of the core board particles; the nano-pores are insensitive to vacuum air pressure, so that independent honeycomb vacuum units exist in the plate, and the heat insulation effect of the plate is further improved; and finally, one or more third structural bodies are assembled in a multi-layer manner, so that the number of the honeycomb vacuum units is further increased, and the heat conductivity coefficient can be reduced while an opacifying agent is omitted.
