The invention provides a castable as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and relates to the technical field of refractory materials. The castable provided by the invention is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 59 to 72 percent of mullite particles, 18 to 31 percent of mullite powder, 0.5 to 4 percent of silicon carbide powder, 0.5 to 6 percent of silicon micro powder, 0.5 to 4 percent of aluminum micro powder, 0.5 to 8 percent of aluminate cement, 0.05 to 0.3 percent of sodium phosphate and 0.03 to 0.1 percent of organic fiber. By introducing the silicon carbide powder, the aluminum-silicon ratio of the castable is adjusted, and zinc steam and zinc hydroxide in the environment are prevented from corroding the material; and silicon carbide is used as a material which is not infiltrated by zinc steam, so that the erosion resistance of the castable is improved. Meanwhile, the low-iron raw materials mullite particles and mullite powder are adopted, erosion of CO reducing atmosphere to the castable can be effectively eradicated, and the castable is applied to the rotary hearth furnace and can effectively resist damage of the working environment of the rotary hearth furnace to the castable.
本发明提供了一种浇注料及其制备方法和应用,涉及耐火材料技术领域。本发明提供的浇注料,按质量分数计,制备原料包括:莫来石颗粒59~72%、莫来石粉18~31%、碳化硅粉0.5~4%、硅微粉0.5~6%、铝微粉0.5~4%、铝酸盐水泥0.5~8%、磷酸钠盐0.05~0.3%和有机纤维0.03~0.1%。本发明通过引入碳化硅粉,调整浇注料的铝硅比,避免环境中的锌蒸汽和氢氧化锌对材料造成侵蚀;且碳化硅作为锌蒸汽不浸润的材料,提高浇注料的抗侵蚀性能。同时,本发明采用低铁原料莫来石颗粒和莫来石粉,能有效杜绝CO还原性气氛对浇注料的侵蚀,所述浇注料应用于转底炉,可以有效抵抗转底炉工作环境对浇注料的损伤。
