Constructed wetland composite porous substrate and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a composite porous matrix for a constructed wetland. The composite porous matrix is matrix particles mainly prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 25%-30% of carbonized particles, 25%-35% of building concrete garbage, 15%-20% of high-calcium fly ash, 10%-15% of a binder and 10%-15% of a pore forming agent. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the constructed wetland composite porous substrate. The preparation method comprises the following process steps: S1, stirring and pulping; s2, injection molding and blank making; and S3, sintering and cooling. The method has the advantages of good environmental benefit, strong adsorption capacity and good sewage treatment effect, most of the raw materials are from household garbage, construction waste and industrial waste, the preparation cost is low, and the waste is utilized as a resource, so that the waste treatment cost can be reduced, and the environmental pollution can be reduced. And the pollution to the environment can also be reduced.
