The invention provides a low-temperature anti-aging zirconia ceramic, which is prepared by taking surface chemical modified zirconia as a matrix, mixing the matrix with fly ash, kaolin and quartz powder, and matching with auxiliary agents such as a foaming agent and a release agent. The modified zirconium oxide is obtained by carrying out surface modification on zirconium oxide by adopting polyamide of which the side chain is monoalkylene, and the surface of the zirconium oxide is grafted with polyamide, so that on one hand, the dispersity of the zirconium oxide can be effectively improved to ensure that the zirconium oxide is not easy to agglomerate, and on the other hand, the tetragonal phase crystal form of the zirconium oxide can be stabilized during phase change of the zirconium oxide; the low-temperature aging resistance is more excellent.
本发明提供了一种低温耐老化的氧化锆陶瓷,所述氧化锆陶瓷以表面化学改性氧化锆为基体,将其与粉煤灰、高岭土、石英粉混合,并配合发泡剂和脱模剂等助剂制得。所述改性氧化锆为采用侧链为单烯烃基的聚酰胺对氧化锆进行表面改性所得,氧化锆表面接枝的聚酰胺,一方面,可有效提高氧化锆的分散性,使其不易发生团聚,另一方面,也能在氧化锆相变时,稳定其四方相晶型,使其具有更为优异的低温耐老化性。
