The invention relates to a method for preparing anti-aging tetragonal zirconia ceramic through injection moulding. The method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing aluminium oxide with the original crystal not larger than 0.5 micron and aluminium stearate according to the mass ratio of aluminium oxide to aluminium stearate of (0.5-1.3):1; (2) mixing the mixture obtained in the step (1) with dibutyl phthalate; (3) mixing the mixture obtained in the step (2) with PP, EVA and PW, adding the mixture in tetragonal zirconia powder, kneading, pelletizing and carrying out injection moulding; (4) degreasing and sintering the parts obtained in the step (3) to obtain the product. According to the method, the aging resistance of the tetragonal zirconia ceramic is improved, the adaptability of ceramic injection moulding is improved, the process is simple, the parameters are easy to control, and the stable production is facilitated.
