The invention discloses a method for artificially synthesizing colored mineral pigment and application thereof in pottery coloring, and aims at the artificially synthesized colored mineral pigment applied to pottery, the effect of the artificially synthesized colored mineral pigment is different from the visual effect of underglaze color of the pottery, and the decoration of the pottery is enriched. Meanwhile, the optimal temperature of the pigment in application is determined, the decoration color can be firmly attached to the pottery without glaze, color overflowing is avoided, hue and saturation are not greatly changed, and the new decoration requirement of the pottery is met; in conclusion, after the pigment is applied to the surface of the pottery, the pigment has the advantages that the pigment is not easy to decolorize, and the pigment can be attached to the pottery without additional glazing color, so that the working procedures are reduced; meanwhile, the color of the pigment can be blended in an indoor constant-temperature state; after the pigment is applied to the pottery, only one-time pottery firing is needed, the process is simple and easy to operate, the raw materials in the scheme are easy to obtain and easy to store, and the pigment has the advantage of being safe to prepare and operate.
