The invention relates to a construction method for a joint connection structure of a reorganization and extension widening bridge without interrupting traffic, the reorganization and extension widening bridge comprises a new reorganization and extension widening bridge and an existing reorganization and extension bridge which are arranged in parallel, and a splicing belt exists between the new reorganization and extension widening bridge and the existing reorganization and extension bridge. The construction method comprises the following steps: (a) arranging reorganization and extension widening bridge joint steel bars; (b) ultra-high performance concrete temporary joint connecting structures are poured in the splicing belts in the longitudinal direction of the bridge at intervals; and (c) after the ultra-high performance concrete reaches the specified strength, common concrete is used for pouring the remaining joints to form a common concrete joint connection structure, and after the common concrete in the common concrete joint connection structure reaches the specified strength, construction is finished. Compared with the prior art, the ultra-high-performance concrete temporary joint structure is utilized, so that the cooperative deformation between the reconstructed and extended widened bridges is ensured, the disturbance on the joint concrete of the reconstructed and extended widened bridges is reduced, and the construction quality of the joint structure of the widened bridges is improved.
